mysb.com does not handle any of the traffic from a station. mysb.com is
a broker to setup connections, once connected data goes direct from a
station to your player so rebuffering issues are between your player
and the station.  Inability to connect to mysb.com could be a problem
with mysb.com or could be a data connection problem.

It is good practice to check your network when there are rebuffering
problems. If your player is using WiFi - I'd check for other wifi
networks or interference or test using a wired connection. Check
whether your internet connection is having capacity issues (e.g. is a
background download happening at the same time as the buffering
incident) or perhaps errors (look at IP statistics on router for
timeout or retransmissions).
