Hi there I have a Duet which the player is not registered in mYsqueezebox account. How do I fix that?
It was previously owned by someone else and they had the device removed from their account fro me. However, I can't seem to add it. I have read about aquiring a PIN for this but can't see where that would be entered on the controller or the account. I have an activation ID but I think that was for the account only. The duet is set up in hybrid mode i.e. receiver via ethernet, controller via wireless network. This works well and I don't want to change it. Will a factory reset of the receiver help? I don't want to do that without reason :) All of the instructions are a bit old and I am not sure if they are still relevant.
