I know :) (working inside another Byzantine big corp myself ) But the bare minimum is decided by consumer law and warranty ? if not the whole of Logitech goes belly up . So the existing functionality should exist and be maintained untill the last warranty runs out . So choices have a bottom limit not in Logitech's hands. I would not expect any new service to appear thou, that would be a surprise .
