I once accidentally used my Duet Receiver on mysqueezebox.com and created a Favourite there by mistake. I have since deleted the Favourite, but the "On mysqueezebox.com" menu item which appeared in the Favourites menu is still there (but with no entries inside it). How do I get rid of this untidy item?
