Well, the web UI runs in a browser so that would be kind of meta :)
While it might theoretically be possible I'm sure it would be hard (and
a huge security risk) to open a web page within another web page.
The solution could be a browser plugin that does what iPeng does:
interpret playable links.

But most importantly: it would not solve your problem. To do what it
does, iPeng exactly relies on web pages NOT using Flash but HTML5
instead. If you want to get a URL from a flash page you would have to
write your own Flash player and even then it might be very difficult if
not impossible in some cases.

No, the only reason that iPeng's browser works is Steve Jobs' decision
not to support Flash which made a lot of people use HTML5 instead.
