I have the exact same issue. I have a Deezer Premium+ account, but I've lost the search capabilities and I'm left only with the Smart Radio icons.
Could you please double-check your Deezer account information as entered on mysqueezebox.com? If you eg. changed your password on deezer.dom and didn't update on mysb.com?
