Verify the Boom is properly registered to your correct MySB.com account.
Can you see and play other Apps?  Only DI.com that won't work?

Also make sure LMS is communicating properly with MySB.com:
1.  LMS > Control Panel > Diagnostics,what is reported for ALL pings,
ports, IP's?
2.  LMS > Settings > MySB.com, any mention of "invalid" by your user
name?  Note:  password will correctly show as blank
