OK.. did a bit more testing and found that: Deezer will not add to the Home Screen if I go through App Gallery -> Deezer -> Install App -> Configure -> Player Settings -> Display on Home Menu. It does not show under Players -> Menu as an item I can add. Last.FM *will* add if I go to Players -> Menus -> Add Menu item.
