OK, this is weird:
I tried it with the Squeezebox Radio: Result: 12 Seconds before Track played. Then I decided to get clever and redid the process, this time controlling things directly on the Radio, no remote app involved. Now the track started playing quickly (<3 Seconds). I tried a different control app (Squeeze Commander instead of Squeeze Control) and that reacted differently again, this time with a delay of 5-6 Seconds. Apparently the apps are doing something, no idea what. I wrote to the dev of Squeeze Control, let's see what they say. Strange that this dies not happen with Spotify or Qobuz though... About SmartMix: I currently can't get it to work. No idea why, but it does not even give me the options to start a mix with Wimp, even though I activated it in the settings. I'll keep trying, maybe I made a mistake. Wimp support told me they already have this kind of functionality, but only in their Android and Windows apps (create artist radio).
