I don't get any error message. I am able to navigate in the main menu
(settings, extras...).
But if I try to enter into "settings" ("parametres" in french), or any
other sub-menu, the text moves a little but that's all. I can't even go
back to my local MediaServer : I have to do it through the web interface
or by unplugging the device.
So basically you can only navigate up and down?
My SB3 and my SBboom both react the same way.
Both using the same remote control, or even with Boom's buttons?
What do you call the firmware menu ?
If you press and hold the LEFT button you would get into a different
menu with basic player settings like eg. network etc. Can you navigate
that one?

00:04:20:.. printed on a sticker on the bottom of the device) to michael
