Your trouble is that the zyxel 7.7.1 LMS version has transcoding disabled, even though the ARM processors used can cope with a modest amount of transcoding. Which zyxel NSA model do you have? I have a NSA325 v2 and this can comfortably transcode the 128kbps BBC aac streams for my Duet receivers using less than 20% processor load. But I've done my own install of the full 7.9 version of LMS, which includes the transcoding binaries...
