I had a discussion with radioio support after I pointed out that the method of updating payment details on the website was not obvious or intuitive and that the website still says that the so called Bubba Lieutenant subscription includes music streams including audiophile quality ones.
My last email to them said, "Well it might be good business practice to advise customers, offer refunds for curtailed subscriptions and update the website before the changes are put in place. Is the Bubba content really saleable at those prices?"
