I'm sorry, no. Spotify's Library support in the API is rather limited. https://developer.spotify.com/web-api/library-endpoints/
Will it automatically update?
No, I'll have to do it :-). But yes, for you as a user there will be nothing to do, but go to mysb.com to grant mysb.com permission to access your Spotify profile.
