It's probably no news to any WiMP user that their service has moved on
and become Tidal. Now we're getting there, too. We've replaced our WiMP
app with a new Tidal app! It comes with a lot of new features, better
discovery modes and lossless streaming, of course.
Existing WiMP users should not need to change anything about their
Squeezebox configuration. They should automatically get the updated app.
Will other countries get access to Tidal on Squeezebox, too? YES! We'll
be ironing out small issues with the existing users before we open up to
the rest of the world. But we hope to be ready within the next few days.
