Yes, official Spotify app uses MySB.com. So unless you have two different MySB.com accounts (one per LMS), each with it's unique Spotify app account, you will get the invalid error. You might be able to use two different Spotify accounts if one is the official app and the second is Triodes 3rd party Spotify app. Never tried it but I'd guess they would be considered separate & unique Spotify accounts on one LMS(?)
