My Spotify artist list on LMS has many duplicate entries (same artist
listed two or three times), not so on my PC or Android phone. It seemed
to happen only with artists that I followed AND had saved one or more of
their albums. I corrected that by unsaving all albums by every artist I
follow.

Unfortunately, the fix doesn't always work; I'm still getting
duplicates,  with no discernible difference from artists that are
displayed correctly. If I unfollow the artist on the PC or Android
client (and have no saved albums or tracks for that artist), the entries
for that artist disappear as they should in the LMS client. Then, if I
follow the artist or save an album, the multiple (2 or 3) entries
reappear in LMS.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
