I don't think it's available through the official API (https://developer.spotify.com/web-api/).
Also, the interface displays a semi-random list of playlists. In the first post of this thread it is called "TGIF!", but it seems to rotate somehow. How is this list of playlists chosen? I can't figure it out.
It's the same you'd get in the Desktop App's "Browse" view. It's usually a selection of playlists matching your time of the day. I'm in "TGIF!" mode again ("Thank God it's Friday!").
