Newish (past 7 days) created mysqueezebox accounts seem to be having a problem 'identical the the issue from last year' (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?102536-No-apps-appearing-on-newly-created-mysqueezebox-com-accounts-linked-to-LMS-7-7-4&p=804453#post804453) which also happened after an EU outage. Is there a DB sync problem again?
Databases should be in sync. Have you checked the server.log whether it's failing to connect to mysb.com? You can enable debugging for network.squeezenetwork to get more information. Remove/re-add mysb.com credentials if in doubt.
