I have the same problem. I've got myself a 2nd hand Touch, did a factory reset, upgraded to FW 7.8.0 r16754 and could register it under my own mysqueezebox.com account. However, the Spotify app on mysqueezebox.com shows a different account, presumably that of the previous owner.
