I managed to work it out and he very kindly checked my MAC. Unfortunately it seems it's not registered and there must be another problem.
It's very strange, the Zen is not showing up in my players, and yet it's getting the Tidal account details from the My Squeezebox Tidal details. Is there something else that could be causing this. Also it will only play MP3 quality despite me having a Tidal Hifi account. The RPi also running Squeezelite which does show on my players has no such problem. If it's not the issue with registering the Zen player then what else could cause it?
