So I just went through the process of reauthenticating and it worked.
However, when I "rescan my online music library" it only grabs 50 artist and 50 albums! Repeated scans result in the same. When I browse my Tidal library through the LMS web interface (as opposed to the Tidal website) indeed it only shows 50 artists, and 50 albums under My Favorites... and they are in alphabetical order. I have hundreds of favorite albums (and this is still the case on the Tidal website) but LMS is only showing 50 and in the case of favorite albums it ends at an album beginning with A... same goes for artists, although in this case I made it to H! So somewhere there is an arbitrary(?) 50 item maximum for favorites.
