Same issue My squeezebox asks you for tidal credentials, it takes you to the tidal login but after entering user name and password it gives a web page with this XML:
<opml version="1.1"> <head title="TIDAL Error"> <expansionState/> </head> <body> <outline text="TIDAL login failed.
