I agree, this sort of audio problem is usually decoding. If the data stream is fragmented/chunked (e.g. HLS) and/or embedded metadata and there is an error in reassembly - then this sort of error can also occur but I believe Tidal Flac is a normal Flac stream so unlikely. If the error is in decoding then it should be easily replicated by anybody with access to Tidal Flac and a Receiver.
