The log shows two attempts with transcoding, and two attempts direct flc->flc
Oh, I think this is a squeezelite issue: LMS tries to do direct streaming, although this is https - which only squeezelite supports (kind of). Can you try to enable proxied streaming (LMS Settings/Player/Audio)?
