Material does support hiding settings via a password. If you set a password in "Server settings / Material Skin / Password" then "Server settings", "Alarms", etc, are "hidden" until you enter the same password in Material's settings dialog. You will need to reload Material after setting a password in "Server settings" before Material will show the password entry field in its "Settings" dialog. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4.
