The artwork shown when a station is playing depends on a number of
things and even then it surprises me.
If the station is using ICY and sends StreamTitle and/or StreamURL -
these becomes the text of the track being played and the ICON if the URL
is a simple URL and resolves to an icon.

Energy seems to sending a custom version of StreamURL which has multiple
parameters with additional information which perhaps is confusing LMS
but maybe understood by some other custom browser player as parameters
are quite specific (e.g. adbreak)

For some station/broadcasters a 3rd party plugin (e.gf. RadioFrance)
provides the cover art
IF no in-stream covert art or no 3rd party plugin art then usually
Antenna icon will be used unless it is a Favorite and has an icon.
