Disabling Windows, Norton, and router firewalls made no difference. I'm not sure about DNS server settings as I'm not well versed in computer networks. When I wrote Apps, on LMS web Control My Apps is the third item on Home Page, below My Music and Radio (which both work fine, by the way) I'm trying to get access to the Apps that are in My Apps at mysqueezebox.com The issues began when upgrading from LMS 7.7.6 to 8.1.1 Everything worked without issue until that upgrade. As indicated earlier, reverting back to 7.7.6 didn't fix the issue.
