Yes, I wanted to mention this. There's no pushing from MySB to LMS. LMS
has to ask MySB for changes. And under certain circumstances this
polling only happens very slowly, eg. if your LMS has been banned for
"trying" too hard (there's a bug in LMS which sometimes seems to trigger
rapid fire polling, eg. millions of requests per day).
So yes, very likely the app would have showed up after a few more hours.
