FTR, you were using them:
> + flags_() : noDefaultCa(false), noTlsNpn(false) {}
YMMV, but I bet a significant percentage of code readers will
misinterpret the above or will have to pause and think before confirming
that noTlsNpn=false actually means "yes, use NPN".
