Please verify if the perl binaries are in the internal MS VisualStudio executables path.
2- The batch file default_config_file.cmd need to be changed on my system, because option "usebackq" does not exist for the command "FOR".
True, the "usebackq" option of FOR is available starting from Windows 2000.
