Squid and WCCP v2 support

Hello all,
 
i was able to get squid to extend the WCCP v2 code to support the Layer 2 Forwarding 
method.
 
i am not sure how to take it further, it needs a setting in the config file, and the 
wccp draft (which i think has expired already) from cisco calls that it is possible to 
negptiate the forwarding method.  i was unable to contact whomever worked on the 
wccpv2 code... 
 
can you guys point me to the prper person and advice is wlecome...
