Some context: I start with a clean copy of 2.5S6, and apply the patches
posted on http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v2/2.5/bugs/ (15 patches at
this writing) in the order that they were released.
Both of the patches above fail to patch src/cf.data.pre while the earlier
squid-2.5.STABLE6-basic_auth_caseinsensitive.patch does patch
src/cf.data.pre cleanly.
This is on a RedHat Linux v9 system.
