Making all in lib


Seems to come right after running ./bootstrap.sh - can someone please run this on -CVS so that it will run through ./configure again?

Also note that squid-3 web page snapshots are not working:

http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v3/3.0/

Latest listed snapshot is a week ago, and also needs to have ./bootstrap.sh run. This is roughly the time that -CVS stopped compiling. Not sure if this is a coincidence...
