This is due to a "bad" commit message in revision 1.41 confusing cvsweb on this file. There has been plenty of changes in acl.c as can be seen if you use "cvs log -rSQUID_2_5 src/acl.c".
There are many other files like this: client_side.c, main.c, stat.c, tools.c, .......
This can be fixed ?
