2.5.STABLE11 approaching

The pending patch queue for 2.5.STABLE11 is now empty, changelog updated 
etc and 2.5.STABLE11-RC1 (Release Candidate 1) is available for testing 
the upcoming 2.5.STABLE11 release.

The final 2.5.STABLE11 release is planned by the end of next week unless 
critical errors is found in the already applied patches requiring more 
work (and where backing out the failing patch is not an option).
