Adding the --disable-auth switch to the config command line fixes this
problem by avoiding those 2 lines above. Alas, it creates a new problem
as the auth/Makefile isn't smart enough to know that there is nothing to
do:
Right. I do not think anyone has considered this case.
Looked at your patch and it looks somewhat reasonable. Please file a bug
report for it however. <http://www.squid-cache.org/bugs/>
Wouldn't be better patching configure.in ?
