Kill the now obsolete use_ntlm_negotiate option. All supported helpsers
accepts it, and it has no functional difference on our side since the
challenge reuse code is gone.
Are you sure ?
I have not verified, but I think that could be needed for fake_auth,
no_check and SMB helpers, because they need to generate an arbitrary challenge.
