Like other changes, the Windows code is very well isolated.

Not really. I still haven't sat down and setup polygraph testing past using
datacomm-1 which really isn't representative of web proxy traffic distributions.
(I use it because its easy to get going and push a whole lot of traffic
through a proxy, not to test 'cachability' or storage. Yeah, I'm slack :)

I'd sit down and setup one of the later polymix tests and stress it out
that way.
