squid_kerb_auth helper

I updated my helper at 
http://squidkerbauth.cvs.sourceforge.net/squidkerbauth/ and I provide now 
autoconf  files. I tested it on
Linux with MIT and Heimdal, on Solaris 8, 10 and OpenSolaris with SEAM,  AIX 
5.3 with NAS.
