Thats right. I remember seeing this. Its a nice idea, but the internals
of it are just as ugly as C.

I bet I could make a clean WCCPv2 daemon in C. In fact, most of the
really ugly stuff is going to end up appearing in doing slowstart and
maintaining traffic flows as the topology changes; I'm pretty sure
I can tidy up the existing packet exchange and state engine stuff
to be very clean.
