Great. I will commit the change of the default icap_preview_enable value
to HEAD within a few days unless I hear objections.
WARNING:
If you do not have an icap_preview_enable option in your
squid.conf and want the preview feature to be disabled, please
add "icap_preview_enable off" to your squid.conf now.
