I don't think so. Perhaps that's the role of 

  cachePeerName OBJECT-TYPE
                SYNTAX DisplayString
                MAX-ACCESS read-only
                STATUS current
                DESCRIPTION
                " The FQDN name or internal alias for the
                 peer cache "

but we can always drop the comment (that of dns type) on the mib.txt
