Doable with an extension I've written

the base Moin package and thus a bit dangerous for long-term
maintainance.
There are hack-arounds, such as keying the priority in the pagename.
The workaround seems nasty. Especially since priorities will definitely
change over time.
Its a judgment call up to you about the extension. But I think if we go
ahead we can work around it by listing Priority value separately like I
did for the 3.0/3.1 'bad feature versions lists on the RoadMap.
