I am fine with the name, but I really think you should use the updated source (including configure) from sourceforge as it contains some platform and Kerberos distribution dependant checks.

There is a helper naming scheme update planned for squid 3.2. Making all the helpers match the <type>_<actions>_<group> pattern:

BNF ::=  [ 'basic' | 'negotiate' | 'ntlm' | 'digest' ] '_' name '_auth'

Which with your agreement may mean your helper binary name bundled with Squid becoming 'negotiate_kerb_auth'.

Does this change sit okay with you?
