Ah, some of the files are a bit broken. Not sure what to do about the
directories, thats not bzr controllable.
I've built a script to update the whole codebase permissions. The
results of that are going in now for all 3.x branches.
dir-> 0775, (this does not seem to propagate through bzr though)
files->0644,
scripts/executables->0755,
autotools chain omitted.
