Remove some dropped/completed projects.
- Removed completed projects covered by wiki feature pages where I'm sure
the CVS branch is no longer useful AND the project summary is useless.
- Commented out some project descriptions where the feature is dropped
but I'm not sure if we want to loose the current info about the branch.
- Updated status on branched completed but I'm not sure the CVS branch is
fully merged or useless.
I'm not up to scratch on which of the remaining projects are fully
obsolete and which may have useful data to hang on to.
If those of you who have been part of the project back when CVS was
still the VCS for Squid-3 could go through and a) remove the really
obsolete project summaries, or b) tell me what needs removing, that
would be a great help.
