Please use Squid 3.0 or later. The ICAP patches on Squid-2 are known to be very broken and are not officially supported since 3.0 was released stable for production use. Amos -- Please be using Current Stable Squid 2.7.STABLE7 or 3.0.STABLE20 Current Beta Squid 3.1.0.15
