No. Pinning is only done for WWW-Auth using NTLM or Negotiate.
Proxy-Auth is designed not to be passed through a proxy like this.
If you are able to make a patch for extending pinning that would be
useful. The relevant bits are src/http.cc where pinConnection() is
called, based on header type and flags.connection_auth==1. All places
setting that flags.connection_auth also need investigation for possible
alterations.
