Honestly I believe we have more urgent things to do. But yes, IMVHO
that should be in our post-3.2 goal plan. May even be a 3.3 release
trigger.
This is simply to get the IPC library to build without severe risk of
dependency loop failures. Looks like rockstore may have hit that reef in
the matrix build.
