IIRC, HTTP requires servers to accept full URLs even if they are not needed. I wonder whether it is a good idea to enforce our policies when there is a host name in the intercepted Request-URI. I doubt full URLs on to-origin traffic are common though, so this is not important either way. Thank you, Alex.
